Homebuyer Education And Credit Counseling are the key components

to achieving and sustaining homeownership.

Our free 24-hour pre-purchase homebuyer education and credit-counseling program provides the basic knowledge and easy access to information and resources needed to make sound decisions throughout the home buying process. To assist those seeking homeownership for the first time, Our HUD-certified housing counselors strive to create a positive learning environment that offers personalized guidance uniquely tailored to address an individual’s housing goal, regardless of his or her level of readiness or socio-economic background. Our pre-purchase counseling sessions include an analysis of the participants’ financial situation, assessment of their ability to qualify for a mortgage, and development of a corrective action plan, if needed, to overcome particular obstacles or address specific concerns in the home buying process.
